They say everything looks better in black and white.
According to the Spring/Summer 2013 runways, “they” just might be onto something.
This 2013 trend is anything but ordinary and it is everywhere!
Black and white is being seen in abstract patterns,
color-blocking, sheer accents, accessories, detailing and much, much more.
Fortunately for us, this trend is so easy to find and attainable on almost any budget.
Many would be shocked to find that this trend is actually already hanging in your closet.
Use basic staple items such as a white t-shirt or your favorite little black dress as a base to pair with a slim pair of black jeans, white accent jewelry, or your hottest black pumps.

It’s inevitable that when you’re travelling you will find a way to blend in with the locals . . . or should I say the “local travellers”. In my recent travels to Thailand, that meant bartering away at the street side stalls to cut an extra 30c off the billowing, elephant covered haram pants and ensuring every inch of your wrists were filled with leather bracelets adorned with shells, bells and coins and “very real” sterling silver cuffs.
Of course one must be seen purchasing a crochet bikini, whether or not you actually ever wear it is another question, and sporting the latest Beats Studio headphones.
It’s a known fact that anything with a label is more than likely fake, but that never stops you from purchasing endless amounts of Celine, Alexander Wang, Prada, Hermes and the list goes on. Belts, wallets, handbags (all three of which I guiltily purchased)…
